These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wind Tunnel ("Service") operated by Oginome Tomohito ("Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service uses AI to simulate persona reactions and visualize them as a map of possibilities to inform your communication and decision-making. The output is not a prediction or guarantee of any real person's or group's statements, emotions, or actions.
2. Conditions of Use
- You must register with accurate information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account.
- You may not use the Service for illegal purposes or to infringe on others' rights.
- You may not use the output to impersonate any other person.
- You may not publish the output as if it were the actual statement of any other person.
3. Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating others (e.g. publishing output as a real person's statement)
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or automating against the Service
- Interfering with the operation of the Service
- Any activity violating applicable law or public order
4. Intellectual Property
The Service's code, UI, and content are owned by the Operator or its licensors. Your inputs (personas, prompts) remain yours, but the Operator may use them as necessary to provide and operate the Service.
5. Disclaimer
The Service outputs are AI-generated and provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The Operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6. Service Changes
The Operator may modify, add, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice and is not liable for any resulting damages.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced within the Service. Updated Terms take effect on the date of announcement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
