Oginome Tomohito ("Operator") operates Wind Tunnel (the "Service") and handles personal information as described below, in compliance with the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.

1. Information We Collect

• Account: email, display name, password (stored hashed)
• Profile: affiliation, role, preferred output language
• Usage: input text, persona descriptions, simulation results, action logs
• Payment: processed via Stripe — we do not store card numbers ourselves
• Technical: IP address, browser metadata, cookies

2. How We Use It

• Providing and operating the Service
• Responding to inquiries
• Improving the Service and developing new features
• Preventing abuse
• Enforcing the Terms of Service

3. Third-Party Providers

The Service uses the following providers, whose privacy policies also apply:

• Vercel (hosting)
• Neon (database)
• Stripe (payments)
• OpenAI / Anthropic / Google (LLM processing)

Your inputs (persona descriptions, prompts) are sent through LLM provider APIs. We select no-training / zero-data-retention settings where the provider offers them.

4. Retention

We retain your analysis results and input data until you request their deletion (no fixed retention limit). To request deletion, contact us via "5. Your Rights" below.

You may request disclosure, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your personal information by contacting hi@7omo.com.

6. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication and basic functionality. We do not use cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.
